The Harlem Central Office does not distribute, process nor accept admission applications or distribute results for either Bronx Excellence 1-4 or Stamford Excellence. Please review the important announcement information below.
Bronx Lottery Announcement Dates:
Bronx Excellence 1 + Bronx Excellence 2 Lottery Announcement Event will be held on Thursday, April 12th 2018 at 5:30pm at the Holland Campus (Bronx Excellence 2, 1804 Holland Ave., Bronx, NY 10462)
The Bronx Excellence 3 Lottery Announcement Event will be on Tuesday, April 10th 2018 at 5:30pm at the Carpenter Campus (Bronx Excellence 3, 3956 Carpenter Avenue Bronx, NY 10466)
The Bronx Excellence 4 Lottery has been postponed until further notice.
Bronx Admission Letters & Results:
Admission letters will be sent the week of April 16th 2018. If you do not receive anything by April 20th 2018 please contact your school of choice to find out if your child has been selected for admission or placed the waitlist.
Stamford Lottery Announcement & Admission Letters:
The Stamford Excellence Lottery Announcement Event will be held on Wednesday, April 18th 2018 at 5:30pm at the Schulyer Campus (1 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902)
Admission letters will be sent during the week of April 23rd 2018. If you have not received any communication by April 27th 2018, please contact the school to find out if you have been placed on the wait list or selected for admission.

All Excellence Community Schools in the Bronx and Stamford admit children through a blind lottery with priority given to district residents and scholar siblings. Each school is a tuition-free, public charter school with an extended school day, mandatory uniforms, and traditional services such as Special Needs instructors, bussing and free/reduced lunch availability.
